7 random (but important) shifts for 2025

Hi Reader,

January 1st is only 15 days away, and like many leaders, you're probably eager for what 2025 may have in store for you.

I'm sure you have some big goals in mind for next year. Maybe it's...

  • Launching that new campus (finally...)
  • Taking a long overdue vacation
  • Writing the book you've always wanted to write
  • Taking a leap of faith to plant a church

I love it. I think it's important to tackle those big milestones when the time is right.

Today's question is simple: Why wait?

What if some of the most powerful changes don’t start big? What if the key to long-term impact isn’t a giant leap but small, intentional steps?

Let's be honest - nothing changes when the calendar flips unless you do.

The leadership graveyard is filled with good intentions that never turned into real change.

But leaders who make continual improvements? They invariably become the best leaders in their field.

Cheering for you,
