Women are leaving the church. Here’s Christine Caine's take.

Hi Reader,

So maybe you've noticed the thread we've developed this year about the stat showing that women are leaving the church?

Today, Christine Caine weighs in. She agrees it’s a serious problem, and she’s not pulling any punches about why.

Christine gets real about why women are walking away, not just drifting, but actively leaving, and what church leaders need to do differently if they want to reach and keep them.

One highlight 👉 If women can’t see how they meaningfully contribute, they’ll find somewhere else that makes them feel called and commissioned.

That isn't all we talked about though.

Christine also outlined one of the most common traps in leadership and relationships: stepping in to do the Holy Spirit’s job for the people around you. If you’ve ever tried to force someone’s growth, convict them of their sin, or change them yourself, Christine has something important to say to you.

This is a rich, honest conversation. I think you’re going to love it.
